Bead Table Wednesday and a Giveaway

I had hoped to give my anvil a good workout today and do some foldforming.  Unfortunately I couldn't get to it.  Instead, I got this necklace ready to go to the buyer.  I had to shorten it slightly and I took this picture for my records.

Home is Where the Heart Is

I call this one "Home is Where the Heart Is."  The focal is the creation of Martha Eason, of Menagerie Studio.  I love her charms and pendants.  I really like how she finishes the back of her pieces, too.

Yesterday I posted a review of the new book Craft Activism.  This is a book that needs to be read and I'm hosting a giveaway for it.  Leave a comment on this post for a chance to win.  Comments will close at noon central time on Wednesday, November 9th. Good luck!

First, Leslie, I'd like to say how much I like the necklace and earrings--the silvery look of the metals and pearls along with the blues, the creative findings, the pendant, and the way you've designed it all!

I'm glad you pointed out the back of the pendant. I'm always pleased to find that someone has does something special on the back or made a pendant 2-sided. This is really nice! I'll check out this shop!

Finally, of course, I'd like to toss my name into the hat for the book drawing! Very generous of you to host such a give away! Thanks!

Lovely necklace but then of course I love blues and greens, right to my heart! Cool way to hook the earrings to the tag too. I haven't seen this book yet, if I don't win will have to visit amazon myself.
